Ardhasaig House
Location:- Ardhasaig House ~ a luxurious 4 STAR small hotel is on the Isle of Harris in the Western Isles/Outer Hebrides off the west coast of Scotland. This Harris hotel has the most specacular views across the sea with the hills of Harris as a back drop.

Accommodation:-
Ardhasaig House ~ a luxurious 4 STAR small hotel with lounge bar and restaurant. Ardhasaig House is a 6 bedroom classic, yet contemporary hotel with beautifully appointed bedrooms and public areas, and an excellent licensed restaurant. Ardhasaig House is unique, offering exceptional standards of quality and service.
After adding an additional bedroom in 2004, Visit Scotland upgraded Ardhasaig House from a guest house to a small hotel.
Thanks to the recommendations of some past guests we feature in the Good Hotel Guide 2004 and 2005.

A meal at Ardhasaig House is a must! Food forms a central part of the hotel and is the main focus at Ardhasaig House. Katie MacAskill is head cook/manageress. Local Harris produce is used where possible. All dishes are homemade using only the finest and freshest ingredients.
As Katie offers a set menu, prior notice of any special dietary rquirements including particular food likes/dislikes are appreciated when making your reservation. These will be taken into account when setting the evening menus. All diets are catered for.

The lounge bar, dining room and conservatory all face the shore line with magnificent views of the North Harris hills.
The spacious conservatory is a bright and relaxing room to enjoy at any time of day. It is especially popular before and after dinner when guests can sit and watch the sunsets over the Atlantic.

The lounge bar is big enough for a party of guests to gather, but designed to be private enough to relax in peace.
The bar and other delightful modern touches are complemented by antique surroundings dating back to the very early 20th century.
.
There are no televisions at Ardhasaig House. Instead we provide daily newspapers, books and board games.
Ardhasaig House is a non smoking establishment.

Throwing open your window to capture the morning light as it spills over the majestic North Harris hills is one of the pure delights of a stay at Ardhasaig House. All rooms have views to the hills and/or the sea.
Ardhasaig House now has six bedrooms. All are designated "No Smoking". Bedrooms are appointed with deluxe furnishings - some antique, but mostly new quality furniture made especially for our opening in 2002. All bedrooms are en-suite with either bath and shower or just shower.

Features:
tea and coffee making facilities with complimentary treats
CD/radio alarm clocks
hairdryers
laundry service
early morning calls
newspaper delivery
