Virtual Hebrides

This photograph (click to enlarge) again shows the dining room at Rodel Hotel and some more of the paintings by local artist Willie Fulton.

Though I have yet to sample a meal at Rodel Hotel (I have had a bar meal there with my family and it was thoroughly enjoyed) though I have been told that the meals are of the finest quality. When I do finally get around to having a meal there I think I would like to sit at the table nearest the window so that I may enjoy the view of the harbour.

This photograph shows yet another pier at Rodel Harbour. Captain Alexander MacLeod Had attempted (unsuccessfully) to build up a fishing industry based in Rodel and the venture was later mirrored by Lord Leverhulme (again unsuccessfully).
