We would also like to thank our Council and Police force for their patience in this matter but would like to ask where our representatives: Calum MacDonald MP & Alasdair Morrison MSP, were during all of this?

Both our local Council and Police force had no choice but to follow the laws of the land which are clearly biased in favour of the offender !!!!!!!

This is the face of evil. This man has committed such evil and grotesque crimes that he should never have been allowed out of jail.

He avoided one custodial sentence by claiming he had exiled himself to a remote island in the Hebrides. The Sheriff made some rather disgusting remarks and our local community has since received an apology.

There have been many threats issued against this man! He is a danger to society and yet the nearest (part-time) police prescence is 25 miles away with (full-time) 60 miles away.

But our LOCAL COUNCIL has seen fit to allow this man back into our community, supported by other authorities we must fight for the safety and peace of mind of our children.

We believe that our Council has made a fundamental error of judgement. There are many authorative publications such as the Mental Health Journal containing recent studies which highlight the high percentage of reoffenders in the area of Paedophilia. Due to copyright law we are unable to publish this material but would ask our Council to investigate the risks further using the most recent studies.

Does Central Government see the Hebrides as just a dumping ground for their REFUSE ?

Has our Council been forced by Central Government to go against the clear wishes of it's electorate?

Is it Government Policy to rehouse Murderers and Paedophiles [such as Maxwell and the Jamie Bulger Murderers] in the Hebrides?

Is this because the Hebridean people are; kind, easy going and tolerant and therefore seen BY CENTRAL GOVERNMENT as "easily subdued" ?

THERE ARE SO MANY QUESTIONS !

BUT NOBODY CAN ANSWER THEM !
