My father (Roddy)is from Outend and we had many happy holidays with all the cousins returning to visit Granny each summer.
Got a shock the first time I visited the site and saw all the old photo's of my relatives, brilliant.
Best wishes to Mary and Jocky in Springbank (Aunt and Uncle). And Norman, down in Sandy's cottage.
I was last there just before the bridge was completed, hopefully we'll get back next year.

Great website. My Dad is from Scalpay (Kenneth MacLeod - Coinneach Bhuchain) formerly of 18 Bayhead now living in Sandbank, by Dunoon. Have always enjoyed going to visit Scalpay and Harris and hope to get back there soon.

My cousin Kirsty told me about the site and it was great to see photos of relations, some of whom we visited when we were on holiday in the beggining of July. It was my second time in Scalpay and I really love it there.
