Summer of 1998 (with Mr. Blair opening the bridge) ... since I/we walked on your shores and roads ... I have just spent two glorious hours clicking through your site and I can't tell you how interesting I found it - especially your old pictures. That is a very unique and beautiful touch. I have bookmarked this site so as to return to it again and again until I have looked at each picture to it's fullest! I shall be exploring the Hebrides this summer and Scalpay is a definite stop to look forward to. I do have a question before I go ... are there MacKinnon's in Scalpay (I noticed the MacLennon's a lot)? Again, for all your hard work on this site, a true "thank you" from this gal in Canada !
