Scalpay School
At one time the number of pupils at Sgoil Scalpaigh was well into the hundreds, these days the number is closer to thirty. In the past children would stay at this school until the age of 12 or 13, now the school is a primary school and the children leave at eleven. Within the school grounds is the Scalpay Playgroup, which is in the old home economics building, (go to the Kids section to visit their pages).
