Torridon: a Walker's Guide Peter Barton (1989). This excellent little book would be all too easy to overlook in a bookshop. It should be essential reading for anyone interested in walking in the Applecross or Torridon areas, and provides a large selection of walks. Some are low level, others provide viable pedestrian (ie non-climber) routes to the top of all those daunting Torridonian giants.
